I, not being not very educated in the" computer world"John took his time and was very patient in explaining and teaching me the things I would need to know to get around. I called at 9 in the morning an he was here by 11:30 that very morning. I was up and running in no time .Every task I asked him to do he did with ease and was very time efficient. He got rid of the malware problem we had, and not only showed me how to clean my own computer, but set me up with a anti-malware program as well; All done in a little less than an hour costing $100 clams. I'm very pleased, and highly recommend them.

After a hard-drive crash, I didn't know who to call. I went with SDG after reading some of the reviews here. So glad I did. Michael got everything recovered and restored for me. He was professional and friendly, prompt and courteous, and didn't over-charge me for his services and time. Sigh of relief to know that good folks like Michael and SDG are out there if I need them again.

Trust is a huge factor when you let someone tinker with your work devices; I felt very comfortable in using their service.
