★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a crack on my windshield and I needed to replace the glass, my colleague told me about Alex. It was very easy to get an appointment. Great customer service.
It's rare these days to find a an automotive shop where the owner conducts his business on the basis of honesty and ensuring the customer satisfaction with the final product. I am very happy to say that General Auto Glass is one of these businesses.
Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh man, highly recommend General Auto Glass. Alex has very great prices and his team does amazing work. They’re super friendly and I couldn’t thank them enough when they had to push my car into their shop (it was raining too) when the battery suddenly died outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With so many choices on the market and competitive prices Alex's great service started on the phone. After calling around, general auto glass left the best impression. Once the car was dropped off, Alex and staffs' professionalism continued with genuine friendliness. The work was done fast, I'll assume due to experience because everything looked as it did before, except the crack of course. They even replaced my 407 transponders' velcro tabs back on to the new windshield like exactly where i put them!!
Time will tell how the install turns out but from a first impression stand point and over all experience...... definitely recommend!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, fast and clean service and the best price in the area! I changed my other car's windshield a year ago with a different dealer but found General and got a quote considerably cheaper this time around for a similar sized vehicle. Garage is clean and staff were working with Covid precautions. It's been over a week and everything is fine! Alex there was flexible and able to correspond with me to move me into a sooner appointment time. Replacing windshields suck but give them a try!

The Windshield replacement is covered by my insurance and I don't have to contact them, they do all the paper work for me. The owner, Alex, is very honest person, my deductible was waived by my insurance a few days after I paid for the service. The owner called me back and refunded the full amount. Definitely a strong recommendation this store to anyone. Thank you Alex.
