โ โ โ โ โ We hired Alphyn to demolish and rebuild our home in Toronto (Aug 2019 - Aug 2020). Alphyn was great throughout the design process and was well informed about all the permits, zoning and work requirements for the area. Very professional and took all things into consideration, with proper documentation. Our Architect and builder (Sean) was with us through every step in the design and build process and allowed the project to exceed our expectations while coming in on-budget. We had some delays due to COVID-19 restrictions but Sean was instrumental in navigating these interruptions to ensure that our project was completed safely during these challenging times. With any project of this size, there will be bumps in the road, but Sean did an excellent job of planning and mitigating any of the major risks and working with us through any minor issues. Would definitely recommend.
