N2 Tire & Auto

Went for ac repair on my 2009 nissan versa. The ac works perfectly now, but I'll give 3 stars because I feel I was overcharged. $120 diagnostics charge. After diagnosis, quoted $880. Out of $880, $360 for parts replacement and remaining labour.

Bought the snow tires and wheels from them. Angel is friendly and know the stuff and place is nice and clean. High recommend.

Got my lexus is250 tuned here, the staff was friendly and helpful. It took about 2 hours and 30 min to finish my tune.

Just had my B250 getting wheel alignment done here! Quick, professional, honest, great result and service! Edit.... Wow... Thanks for. reminding from Google Map... I didn't post above review which happened maybe a year or two before... LOL... (must been interrupted by sth and forgot to finish editing and post at all) It's the first time I been there and now my two cars were all serviced by N2, and done a few jobs big or small so far. Completely no complain and feels Happy after job done each time!

Excellent service, quick response & got exactly what I was looking for when it came to the tune on my lexus! Feels, drives, and sounds amazing literally left feeling more excited than when I bought my vehicle!

This place just lost my business. They are too money-hungry/unethical in my opinion, especially during these tough times. I'll have to tell my co-workers who started coming here the same thing as I don't want them to get jipped as well. I've been here about 5 or 6 times during the last two years and used to think they were a good shop, until today. I went in today to get my oil changed and my winter tires swapped with my summer tires. I mentioned that I thought my front brake pads might need to be replaced, figuring they could easily look at the pads when they took the tires off for the swap. I did not need new pads they said. Unfortunately for me when I was paying at the counter upon picking up my car, they ended up charging me an extra $50 just for telling me I didn't need new brake pads, on top of charging me for the oil change and tire swap of course. I feel this $50 charge was not justified, since I didn't come in asking just for the brake inspection to be done and since my tires were going to be removed from another service which I was already going to pay for. You would think that the $50 charge would be reserved for when someone comes in asking for only the brake inspection to be done. In that case, I get it, since they actually do need to remove the tires for this inspection to be done. In my mind, the $50 charge is justified for that scenario. In my case, the tires were coming off for the tire swap anyways, which is why I'm so confused here. Common sense doesn't always prevail it seems. I did go back into the shop to ask about the charge, hoping they would see the error and reverse it but sadly, the receptionist just told me that service wasn't free and made it awkward. I'd reconsider making this your regular car spot, since they are fishing for ways to make more money off of us.

Amazing experience at this Auto Shop. Started with amazing customer service and knowledge from the front desk associate. Quick Diagnoses of my tire issue, and Fast service to remove the nail and plug the tire. No Up sales or BS, just straight to the point (Honesty) and really good prices at this shop. I would highly recommend N2 Tire & Auto.

Great customer service. Reasonable pricing in Markham. I had a flat tire, called in the receptionist got me in right away. Great waiting and seating area. Check these guys out for your tire needs.
