★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a client since 2016. Whenever I called tech support, they responded right away - there was no long hold for someone to answer the phone. When the modem stopped working after several years, I had a new power cable and a new modem delivered the next day by priority mail, right on time for my online final exam. They provided promotional offers, with few dollars more, I had faster internet. I barely made phone calls, the internet was working and it was fast. When I did make phone calls, the customer service and the tech support were professional and courteous in their service in all the phone calls I made since 2016.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ update: spoke to soon... my service has been down 2 days in a row in the middle of the day. unacceptable since I work from home.
Kept blaming the provider and offered no time line as to when outage would be fixed. When is does work, there is a fair amount of latency and packet loss which was makes streaming iptv difficult. Not worth the savings.
So far so good. Recently subscribed to their internet service and the install process went very smoothly. Service has been very stable and the speeds are consistent during all hours of the day which is important as I work from home. Excellent communication both with email and follow up phone call.

Recently I had to replace my modem and they were really quick to send it and I didn’t have to set up or configure my modem, it was ready to go. The customer service I have received from Gemstelecom has always been good.
