Depuis, impossible de joindre l'équipe de sécurité toujours 1h30 d'attentes et au final on se fait raccrocher là ligne au nez au bout de ce 1h30 sans réponse.
 Impossible to cancel a transfer and it has been 3 weeks since security told me that they would cancel it and that I would have my money still nothing. Since then, it has been impossible to reach the security team, always 1h30 of waiting and in the end we get hung up there line in the face after this 1h30 without answer.
