If you are looking for a repair shop that you can trust to get the job done right and in a timely fashion I recommend Gateway Repairs. They have looked after our equipment at Pacific Coast Express for many years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called about a problem with our RV battery as we were traveling through western Canada and the whole crew at Gateway worked us in immediately and fixed not only the problem we arrived with but a few others we mentioned to them once we saw we were in such competent hands. Their shop is immaculate and they are the friendliest, most accommodating people we ran into, even bringing our kids popcorn and letting us borrow a car so we could do laundry in town. In addition, they gave us a great tip for our next sightseeing stop! Our RV is working great now; everything is solid and we feel so good having found Gateway. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area or passing through!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys in the shop are great . The guy in the office needs to sharpen his pencil. WAY OVER CHARGED. Truck was in the shop for a total of 12 hours was charged for 21 hours at $110/hr.Charged $600 more then I could buy the parts for. Will never return to this shop..1 star is way too much for these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our driver had gone in to the shop to get a ABS Valve repaired. The driver entered the shop and told them that this is the problem and can you please mix it. They started to check the whole truck out and at the end changed the same ABS valve that the driver requested to change. The total bill $1876.00.
One of the worst mechanic we have dealt with till date! STAY AWAY!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself your money, most unhelpful shop my husband has ever came across. We travel in a refrigerated truck all over Canada and this shop was the worst we have ever came across. They need a lesson on customer service and that scamming customers with unrealistic bills doesn’t give you a good name for yourself.
