★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told one of our employees to sign for a new garbage bin to be delivered but it turns out the backside of the paper had a hidden 5 year contract. We didn't find out until we went to cancel the service (they miss a lot of pickup days and are almost twice as expensive as other options in Kamloops) and when we asked for a copy of the contract the territory manager Kevin came in, yelled at my coworker, and stormed out. Definitely don't do business with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to pay my bill. This can be done on-line, but I had a problem with my login and password and the password reset didn't work. Rayna walked me through the process (turns out I had transposed my user name and login). She was very patient and helpful!
