ridiculous - Fed Ex phoned to tell me to pick up a package - I phoned the 1-800# and they couldn't find a package in my name and put me on hold for 15 minutes to give me the hours of the station - she got back to me and couldn't find the station. (listed on the web - weird!!), then on hold to put me in touch with someone else...The call center that is responding is in El Salvador!!! over an hour total, and no use

Terrible and inefficient delivery service.(Kelowna) Please provide your employees with telephones so they can call customers regarding their delivery approximate time. I even put a note on my tracking slip to be called. This is the second time this happens in a week. I was home. Am I supposed to stay home next day, again, and wait all day for a delivery? I am sure that providing employees with telephones is cheaper than having a truck and personnel return for a delivery.

Poor business hours and lack of communication thru the 1-800# . Said we could pick our package up in salmon arm which is 1.5 hours away. Package was actually in kamloops. Slip left at door had minimal info on it nor did their website. We were eventually told we could get it in kamloops but there was no mention of limited hours. Drove all the way out to get our package to find it closed! Kamloops isn't even a proper depot. Not impressed with FedEx....will stock to Canada Post for sure.

Ordered a very expensive item from an online store. On delivery date it was after 5 and still 'in transit' so we figured it wouldn't make it here tonight, as we are out of town a bit, so we went to the store. Item was shown as delivered at 4:22 when we are home and signed by my S.O who did not sign for it. His signature was forged and now we are out a lot of money. We called fedex but after an hour trying to reach someone they didn't seem concerned or willing to help. I will never use FedEx again personally and will try to have companies ship through another method from now on. What is the point of having a signature if it will just be forged and no ID is required? Very upset and disappointed. Would give -5 stars if possible.

FedEx delivery person phoned me to ask if I was home at my apartment and I told him I was at work. He said I could pick up my package from their warehouse at 8195 Dallas Dr after 5pm. You actually have to pick it up in the office next door at 8175 Dallas Dr. When I arrived at 5:20 there was not a single person around, all the doors were locked and the lights in the office were all out. Would have been nice if they said they weren’t open past 5. Or would have been nice if they would actually try and deliver it more than once seeing how I was off the next day which was a weekday. Would also be cool if they put their office hours somewhere like Google Maps or at least on their door.

A more direct means of contact with company personnel would be very useful. It's not exactly ideal having to be present at home all day in order to pay for additional costs related to import taxes. I realize that there's the option of paying these fee's online or throught the automated phone service. But for those who are employed 8 hours a day during weekdays, a live customer representative would make things much easier I think.

Huge warehouse with multiple entries. Fed ex is on the far right. Buzz for service. The young man that helped me was very helpful. Could not be home for delivery so I arranged pick up. The place was impressively clean. Overall very good first impression

Worst delivery service of them all. Waste of clients' time and money. Absolutely zero communication between FedEx and clients. They have absolutely no idea where their packages are at any given time. You take a package from Point A to Point B. If signature is required and client is not home, take it it to a drop-off location at end-of-day and COMMUNICATE your actions. I am amazed that such a corporation can f-up such a simple task.
