I've sent them multiple messages telling them that the guy they're asking for doesn't live here and to stop calling me. They keep harassing me and keep calling. So I once again sent them a message that they have the wrong number. This time, I threatened them with a lawsuit and I demanded to be compensated $10,000 per call that they made.

I literally had the worst hiring experience ever, they are really terrible at communicating.I had a zoom call scheduled and they stood me up, never in my life have I ever been stood up for an interview. I waited so long, I even went to the building to get some answers and they responded back 2 days later. They’re very unprofessional and misleading on job boards. I don’t even want to give them one star.

Though I have done my part on time, due to communication gap between Original Creditor ( SHAW Networks ) and this collection Agency.. I got a collection item on credit report and due to which i was declined for my Mortgage. Despite of not being my fault also i was requesting them to remove it and no one from there team responded properly and literally hung up on me. THEY ARE RUDE. These kind of collection agencies are playing with people. I hope they will also be in same situation and come to know at least then. SO DISSAPOINTED by Shaw and this collection agency.

One person called me told he will check my application and give a feed back regarding the status . No feedback at all . 2 days before i received text message that gatestone saw my application . They have few training slots left . If i would like to be considered for the training for FSR position please reply to the text with 1 and one recruitment person will contact me with 2 days. Its 2 days since i replied to the message . Are they kidding us? What these people are thinking about the candidates who is looking for the job . The worst hiring experience in my career life
R	Ranvir grewal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will contact you regarding the position and will explain everything about it, start date, pay rate etc. will ask you some questions and then they say you’re interview will be scheduled with hiring Manager after that interview, they don’t follow up. After some days they will contact you again with same position but different start date, will ask you some questions again and no follow up after that as well, this has had happened to me 3 times now. No management, nothing they just waste your time.

She was communicating to me like I was a child she called around 2:50 pm EST time on Jan 25th. She also gave me the wrong account number for Gatestone and hung up the phone on me. I did not feel heard and she lacks the people skills she needs for that role.

They’ll change your department every month and then each time you have to do the training. Supervisors or managers won’t listen so don’t bother. They’ll review your performance no matter how good you perform you’ll never get appreciated.

Just phoned and asked what the company was and the dumb broad who I’ve recorded, insisted I start giving all my personal information to her. Yeah right. First off there are laws in place about how long a company can legally collect debt, secondly all of my debt I ever had was insured so I know it has nothing to do with me, thirdly if people declare bankruptcy they can’t even contact those people anymore. Filed a police report. Be careful they have no qualms about extortion they are calling everyone.
