If you try hard and make your sales you make a fair commission plus an hourly wage. Way better than a minimum wage job. The attitude is almost hilariously toxic at times but it's a call center entirely based on results. Know what you're walking into.

Shortly after I started working they cut our hours because they told us there wasn't enough work but the same week they hired new people. It made no sense. They kept switching me between day and night shift without any notice and when I told them, that as a woman I didn't feel safe at night because the area is sketchy at night, I was told to that I could leave. They have no respect for anybody. Most people that work there are miserable and want to leave. A lot of people left for other jobs, and I can't blame them. The management is very unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing.They always blame the staff for any mistakes they make. Sometimes they ask you to work extra hours and then they don't pay you for those hours because the claim you weren't scheduled and they didn't ask you to work those hours. It's ridiculous. I filed a complaint with the Ministry of labor and I'm still waiting for the money they owe me. This place is a scam. All they seem to be interested in is taking advantage of you in any way they can. Don't work for this horrible company.
A	Al V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST company EVER! They charge you for the headset (60 dollars) and they don't tell you that up until your very first day. They also send you home if you don't make sales.. They mess up with your hours THAT YOU WORKED and pay you less hours. They DO NOT motivate the team, they actually threaten you. They don't care about how that might impact your salary or anything else. They are horrible as a company. Don't ever waste your time there
G	Gloria Sharp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the most horrible place I have ever worked. I worked on the Kobo campaign. They decided to cut the hours of our team. They gave us the choice (if you can call it that) either everybody with work 6 hours a day or we keep 8 hours a day but then 2 people will have to go. The did the same thing to many other teams. The changed our shifts almost weekly without asking anything. They never paid me for all the hours that I worked. Overtime was also never paid. Management is very disrespectful when they talk to you. The short bald Indian/Caribbean guy is the worst. He has absolutely zero people and social skills (He show signs of being a sociopath if you ask me). All he does is give orders and doesn't respect anybody. It's obvious he has no idea what he is doing. The skinny tattooed supervisor lacks any common sense. The tall big guy no idea what he is doing and is only there to collect his paycheck and doesn't want to be bothered with questions. Don't work for this company.
A	Ana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. When met sales target we can leave early with full day pay with bonus but it's so hard to meet the targets as difficult product to sell. Owners of this place well down toward people, they respect and tries their level best to participate in events & treat their employees well, management would strict with time and discipline, which is needed to run a place with large amount of employees. It is overall good place to work but it's not a easy job.

If you are looking for a working place just to make some money while looking for a good job this is the option, if you are late it is no consequences, everyone there is late if you do not feel like going it is fine just let them know, the schedule it is around the clock so you can be in a very grave yard schedule, if you would like a different one, you just wait for some one to quit happens all the time. Check your hours every day because often they have troubles with your hours worked and your bonus do not expect much they will find something to fail you.

It is an utter disgrace and disappointment to have reviewed this company site and see that the issue that I am about to report has been reported 5-6 years now with no improvements being made. I was contracted to this company for a short period of time and this company has shortened my pay without giving notice nor reason for doing this. It is already a struggle to try and meet the targets for the account and to ensure you are maintaining your targets and KPI goals. The location I operated is based in Kingston Jamaica and the level of slackness, unprofessionalism and and overall management of this company is a disgrace.
