I was hesitant to talk to them, I was tired out of all the phone calls I was receiving, and I was hesitant to switch my debit machine to a different company for my merchant services but Sara at International Payment Solutions was there to help me every step of the way. She got me a fantastic rate that will save me lots of money. Sara followed up after to see how things were going and if I had any concerns. Awesome service. I would recommend it to anyone. Plus, they are from Toronto, so you are doing business with a Canadian company.

They offered me much better rate and pricing than the US based companies.
I Don't need to stay on a long hold over the phone for the customer service. I have a dedicated account manager that handed all my issues supper quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ International Payment Solutions is an excellent company. Very serious about ensuring they are following protocol to allow new business to thrive in the future with no issues. The only people who have a problem with how they onboard accounts are people who are trying to scam others and don’t have a legitimate business. The customer service department goes out of their way to ensure issues are resolved as quickly as possible. I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attempting to correct the Control Scan for most of the day. I called International Payment Solutions Technical Department as a last resort. Felix Thompson responded with encouragement and listened well to what I had tried to accomplish. He quickly assessed the issue and explained thoroughly and simply what had happened and what choices I had in resolving the issue. He was understanding and thoughtful with his responses, and after explaining two options, I chose one, and he immediately set the system up for implementing the choice. He explained the process and was again very patient with his explanations. His encouragement was so needed and helpful in assuring me that the problem was resolved and the functioning of my Credit card process would be simple. I was so relieved and thankful for his kindness, efficiency and knowledge.

Jon has been amazing throughout the switch, getting me great rates, making sure my equipment is meeting my needs and helping me upgrade as needed. He has been very attentive to my emails and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Great service and no issues as of yet. I would gladly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a First Data account, and they completely killed our machine. After literally 4 hours on the phone and no resolve, I gave up and solicited International Payment Solutions for a new account. I had a new account set up in under 30 minutes (with lower fees), and our equipment arrived two days later. Once my equipment was delivered, I was given a direct contact for training and set up, a "Phillip", and he guided me through the setup and did a quick training in less than 20 minutes. I am so thrilled with the customer service this company provides and look forward to being a continued merchant with them. I highly recommend them!
