I called in to inquire about parts and the agent who picked up the Call is very incompetent and lack of customer service skills. Will never ever call or visit this store. Extremely disappointed.

Went in for an oil filter cap replacement and even though they didn't have it in store, they ordered it from a different location and it was ready for pick up within the hour. The prices are fair as well.

Disappointed…Unknowledgeable and unfriendly staff…piss poor customer service skills…just absurd! Thanks to JAGSON for a truly unprofessional experience…next time, just listen to your customer…rather than express that you can’t do anything. It was as simple as looking up the part in your system…in stock or not…rather than me having to dismantle from vehicle…in the cold…and, return with it! The info is on/in your system! Or…is it that you have an issue serving certain clientele!? Regardless…I will not return to this location…ever! No stars! Needs at least 1 to post…

I've been to many part shops, and without doubt,I can say for a fact that this branch is the best.Shout out to the Manager Nr.Shafik,Extremely organized, courteous and highly technical informative. He has gone out of his way to assist me in my needs and offer advice without hesitation frequently. I would recommend this outlet to anyone and everyone! All the best to Mr.Shafik and his wonderful team.

Worse customer service and would never ever recommend this store. Guy name David (tall) team lead on his batch was spying on me and then I went on the counter to cash out. he was asking my cell phone number. Abusive behaviour. Would never come back.

Poor service! Instead of returning my wiper blades I was charged twice. Whoever visit here make sure you don’t get cheated. Would not recommend this store.

I bought a pair of wipers for my car. After a few months the rubber started to come off. I called them with a reference number for the warranty that came with the purchase. From the get go, they seemed hesitant about replacing the blade, and the guy on the phone asked if I purchased from this location . I told him no, I think it was a different location. He said ok come in we will replace it. After going in, I gave them the reference number and the guy asked me to bring the defective wiper blade inside. Then after doing that, he asked me if I had a receipt. I said no, it's been a while I didn't keep it. So he said, no problem and printed out another copy of the receipt. Then after a few minutes another guy came to the counter, and started saying that the warranty doesn't cover if the rubber part becomes detached. He tried to say that the reason could be because I tried to clean ice with the wiper. I told him, no I always use a scraper to clean the ice from the windshield. Again hesitantly, he said, ok we will replace it and asked another employee to bring the replacement blade. Then he asked if I had a receipt again. Again I said no, but the other gentleman printed a copy. He said, no that's not valid and because I purchased from a different location I needed an original. The other location was far from my current location, so very inconvenient to go there, but it was quite obvious that they were coming up with any excuse to not have to honour my warranty. Terrible customer service for such a well known parts store. I told them, you will not be getting my business anymore, took my defective wiper and left.
