Definitely come back.This place is awesome .people were friendly, massage pressure is perfect. My leg was so pain and I was can not sleep. After massage I feel like step on the cloud. Highly recommend for anybody haven t been here before.

UPDATE: 3/26/2022: The owner reached out to my wife and offered to make up for the experience. I decided to take her place and take her up on her offer. My experience was quite different than my wife. This experience does not take away the fact that my wife did get a cold and end up giving it to my children (likely from there). But I'm speaking soley about the massage itself. The staff was friendly. Like my wife said. Pressure was good. One thing I noticed about my masseuse is that she has super warm hands. Who needs hot stones. Her hands felt like she took it out of hot wax which was relaxing. One thing to note. The head piece where you put your face seems to make my throat uncomfortable. Feels like something pressing against your throat. Maybe it was just that one massage bed I was on. One thing I also like about Delta is their hours. They open late which is perfect for me as I work in the day and have kids to deal with. So after the go to bed, there's still time for a massage. Overall, It's a good no frills massage. I will likely return. 03/23/2022 My wife went for a massage at delta spa last week based on reviews on google, the place was close to home so she figured she would give it a try. booking system was simple, she got a massage appt within 30 minutes of booking. the clinic is basically a little house, it was relatively clean but the procedures were not all that professional or consistent. upon arrival no temperature was taken for her not was any screening done. the massage room itself was good, the massage therapist used good pressure but that’s where the positive review ends. during the massage, the massage therapist was coughing and sounded congested, she left the room on one occasion and my wife said she heard loud regurgitation sounds of her trying to clear her throat before returning to the massage. at the end of the massage, when my wife went to pay, they handed her an intake form with health history. isn’t that supposed to be completed prior? then another client came in asking about another therapist and the girls told him that she left bc she had a fever. they proceeded to check his temperature but this does not seem to be a consistent practice. to top off this review, my wife got sick the day after with just a cold fortunately and we could not figure out where she had contracted it since the rest of our family was not sick so we connected it back to delta spa. we will not be returning to this place. it’s cheap but not worth it, the hygiene practices are questionable especially in a time of covid, u expect healthcare staff to be upfront and honest about their health condition.

My first time going here with my husband. such a big difference to my last massage therapist in 13 years. Sara is a strong and friendly massage therapist and the location is very convenient to my house, specially to my work. I contacted some of my friends to go to delta health center, south west corner of Sheppard and Brimley - white colour house. I got some business cards to give to all my friends. 10/10 experience

This is a wonderful clinic. I’m so grateful to have been helped so much by the therapists here. The therapists especially Cindy work with precision technically and also understand the body intuitively. The atmosphere is warm and the clinic is always immaculately clean.

I visited this place several times.The 5 stars reviews are all real.This place you shall try.I tried so many places this is top one.Real massage could be soft gentle or deep tissue massage they all good.Therapist are Yonge and strong .Never be lazy.Highly recommend

Great massage and facility. Rooms were clean, hand sanitizer was provided before and after massage. I only booked an appointment for half an hour since I wasn’t sure what to expect…. Immediately regretted not booking longer when it was over. The pressure was perfect and felt much better when I walked out

The 5 Star reviews are very true!! Probably the best massage I've ever had. They are professional and make you feel very relaxed. My husband thought they were a little hard, the pressure, and I had to explain to him that he can request what pressure he wants as I did. Some people don't realize that they can nake requests, even during the massage. I found them to be very attentive and I will be returning!! Also rooms were very clean and had a very nice ambience to them!!

Came here with my sister, found the clinic on google. Figured I would try since it has such good ratings, glad I found it. Sara was so nice and friendly and eager to answer all our questions. She did a massage on me and was very knowledgeable and kept asking for my feedback. She definitely knows what she’s doing and adjusted the pressure as she saw fit. Nice clean clinic, lots of precautions for covid and they also have disposable items in the room. There is no doubt I will be back and I already told a friend!
