I just called for the first time to enquire about a tour and the staff screamed “how many times will I say all sold out, go and check the website”. I was put on hold for no reasons... I wud say she has to be fired from work right away .. hope they prioritize only their community people..if so then publish openly in website you “B”
V	Virtual Pal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Tai Pan tour to Europe for 11 days. The tour guide has a special mentality that he treated the group members as his employees, using back scratching as a mean to manage the group, distorted things, instead of direct and frank communication as the first step toward issues (It may not be an issue at all). He led the group J-walk across streets in slowly while the people on 2 buses waiting and watching with surprise behind, and one member almost got hit by motorcyclist in busy streets. He also led the group waiting at cross walk endpoint, while local pedestrians passing by with contemptuous look. I felt ashame to be under his lead. Very poor English and Mandarin, as required by the nature of the group mixture.
A	Apple Joy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are lacking customer service. I've been calling them right at the opening hour and no one is picking up. Not very helpful either because instead of fixing it on their end, the travel consultant tells you to contact the airline directly. Don't go here and keep your options open if you can.
J	Jorge Richard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their tours packages, so far no complaints with hotels that we get with them. Could be a problem for some people the English pronunciation, but just keep in mind that their market target is the Chinese people. Their buses are comfortable and have wifi.

They have vast selection ranging from 3 days to 7 days getaway inclusive except food and gratuities. They pretty much have trips everyday. You just have to choose the one that's right for you. Cost varies depending on how many is in your group. It gets cheaper if you're many. I was interested in going to New York. They also have trips to Atlantic city, Chicago, Montreal, etc...
J	Judy Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were unfortunate enough to have the Tai Pan tour guide, Perry Chung, for our two tours. Spain and South America (2019 Group#4). This guy is very arrogant, rude, lazy, boring and unprofessional. I bet he’s pretty much insecure due to low self image. It seems he is waiting for eventual retirement, since he looks like already gave up. He seldom talk and was like a dummy during the whole journeys, but acting like he was the distinguished guest instead of a tour guide. He cancelled or changed the itinerary for no reason or for his own sake. We believe he pocketed most of the tip by suspicious behaviour. He was pleasing a few group members so as to get good reviews, while he treated the other members as if he was the boss, no respect to them, shouted at them, gave us attitude…..OMG!! What does he think he is? Poor guy, he’s just a piece of SH….T! Will not join with Perry Chung in future.
