When my wife booked our tickets a month in advance for a trip to see my father who was very sick in the Philippines, she clearly and specifically mentioned to the company owner Carol David Bella who booked her for window row seat for our family of three. Carol said of course she will assure us of those seats especially that my wife has medical condition but to our amazement when we checked-in, we found out that we do not have any seating reservation, luckily the PAL representative was able to get us the 3 consecutive aisle seats or else we would all be separated and no one will be able to attend to my wife who has difficulty in moving. When we reached Manila we emailed ASAP to correct our seating on our flight back, but there was no response from them, so what I did is to call PAL to confirm our seating reservation and to our surprise we were put on different seats far from each other, that I have to pay $80 to get seats that were together. We will never ever get our air tickets from ASAP Travel and Tours, and one more issue is that the owner Carol David Bella is a pain to deal with she talks unreasonably too fast and rude pretending to be smart but called us back because she did not get our postal code number and cannot mail our tickets, duh?
R	RC JX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked few years ago with this travel agency. I can sympathize with the negative reviews here, as I left this agency because of its lack of professionalism. The owner encourages you to "steal" other agents' clients, no sympathy on placing a huge top up fee to customers who are very old (her reason is, "for sure they have lots of money"), you get scolded for not speaking the "Tagalog" dialect when you get a call from a non-Filipino potential customer, forces you to start work on a specific time despite not being paid hourly, yet being paid late when payroll comes. A lot more things happen here which are not how a standard travel agency should operate. I found out that they had legal issues through others and from my research online which is why I left. You can still see the record of the court issues online by typing the owner's full name or the business' name. If employees are being fed with lies and are treated like garbage, it's no surprise customers are being treated poorly. The positive reviews are from the owner's relatives/family members. So proceed with caution.
A	Ash The Elder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Add on fees even when the airline doesn't charge. During a pandemic this is sheer profiteering and will not retaon customers. We were ready and able to go, and they cancelled on us, then demanded a re booking fee. Extremely poor customer focus. Would not recommend or use again.
p	paulabulux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Carol was miserable. Unless the call is to receive payment, it takes her days or weeks to get back to you both by email and phone calls. She booked 3 non stop flights (no other arrangements and no special requests). We had to cancel with plenty of notice because of COVID and she refused to give us a refund (though airline policy is a 100% refund) unless she received $500 commission off of us. She is unprofessional. Absolutely horrible service, even before we had to cancel the appointment. Book your own flights for peace of mind and avoid her business at all costs, I wish I checked reviews before booking with her.
