★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time dealing with this travel agency I a must say it's the biggest mistake I have made
They represent Fly Jamaica Airlines I had booked my ticket along with 4 other family member to fly from Toronto to Guyana for a very special occasion. Unfortunately due to the slackness and unprofessionalism of Fly Jamaica it's staff and the agencies representing them the airline has been canceling their flights for almost 2 month now. As a result my family and I fell into that trap and had to cancel the special occasion that we were going to Guyana for. In the mean time afyer paying so much money $1260 x 2 and $1160 x 3 we are told there is a waiting period of upto 8 weeks to get a full refund. This is highway robbery it's unjustified and unprofessional. In my honest opinion I think they are making up there own time frame with regards to refunding people there hard earned money. Let it know people do not rely of this airline or agency for your travel arrangements. Think about it if you buy something at the store and you pay with your debit or Mastercard it goes threw there till not the the credit card company. That store then submits there receipts to collect payments. Same rule apply. After paying the travel agency directly we are being told it's takes 8 weeks to get the refund from Fly Jamaica. This is bull and highway robbery I think they are making up there own rules.
