★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for Umrah with my mother and grandfather and brother Yusuf from A & A Travel & Tours was there every step of the way making sure everything went smoothly. We went in Oct 2021 and he helped us find the right plane ticket because we needed to arrive at a certain date. Because of Covid-19 there were additional steps and forms we needed to fill up on the way there and on the way back and he made sure we had them all filled within the right time frame and told us to print what we needed so our journey would go as smooth as possible and it did alhamdulillah.
For our return trip our flights got cancelled for some reason and he helped us rebook with negligible costs. He would always respond promptly whenever I called or messaged him. Our trip definitely would not have been the same without his help and expertise.
