★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service at this clinic. By far the worst I have ever encountered. I had an appointment with Dr. Klein on October 25 via phone. She prescribed two medications. They were supposed to be sent that day as I was in urgent need. It is now 12 days later and they still have not been sent to my pharmacist. Since the appointment was over the phone I did not get a copy of the RX myself to take into my pharmacist. I have called the clinic 6 times. My voicemails are nearly never returned. Twice I have spoken to someone on the admin team and both times they told me they would send the scrips but still they have not been sent. I have even given them the direct fax number of my pharmacist. Still nothing has been sent. Their complete and utter disregard for my health and medical conditions has been appalling. Even my pharmacist is shocked by the lack of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic operates in a very disorganized and unprofessional manner. Receptionist do not answer the phone. Are they are on lunch break 9-5?? I don't even bother to leave a message, I have to contact a nurse to get just ask general questions(like what was going on with the delay faxing RX to pharmacist), since receptionists there are not doing their job. Highly disappointed with how I was treated as a patient of there's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended a prebooked appointment on time and waited over 30 minutes with an autistic child who was crying his eyes out. Apparently the doctor was busy with another patient while people after us were seen and left! Why give an appointment if the doctor is not available and conflicting with other appointments? Staffs are beyond unprofessional and have this entitlement that they are doing you a favor by proving so called health care services that is paid by the taxpayers! So more swiping of the Health cards, more money for them! Absolutely ridiculous!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient of Dr. Stephanie Klein's for a few years now. Through every visit I've been impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Most recently, she was able to recommend some life-style changes that have made a positive impact on my health. I was always one to think I was "doing all the right things", but Dr. Klein gave me a new perspective and some excellent suggestions for how to improve my health. I think she listens with a "third ear", and looks at the whole person when she's making her diagnoses. I would highly recommend her. Also, the clinic staff have always been cordial and helpful when I've been in touch and/or visiting.
