So far I’ve had one very minor issue and they have been great to deal with as far as resolving it. Even made time for a video call so they could see the problematic parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forgot to add my review after buying our new to use 2012 Ultra Classic. Rudy, Tammy, Dave and all the staff made the process so easy when we had to replace our old bike. After having our Street Glide stolen and recovered, the staff made the process as quick and painless as possible. We have enjoyed the 10k we have put on the new ride this summer with absolutely no problems. Thank you from Debbie & Garry.
