Super rude employee blocks the entrance but proceeds to continue his phone conversation rather than let people know why he won't let them in. If you're going to have an employee control the flow of people in the store when its empty then he shouldn't be on the phone. I'll take my business elsewhere.

They have more etc stuff than actual video games. It's interesting but it's really a change in the direction in Eb games. They still have video games but it doesn't seem to be the emphasis anymore

don't buy any warranty from these guys. It's absolutely not worth it. You should go with best buy warranty it's way better and you get a brand new replacement not some used broken controller SMH.

I'm sure it is a great store to visit when it's of your own accord, not at the bequest of children greedier than they are entitled. Good staff for sure.
