On appel au service a la clientele et on se fait parler d'une façon totalement inacceptable. Je vous déconseille totalement cette compagnie. On dit souvent d'acheter local mais desfois c'est ce que ça donne
You are made to feel like the best customers in the world in the store, once the contract is signed it is the worst after-sales service I have ever seen. We call customer service and we are talked to in a totally unacceptable way. I totally recommend against this company. We often say to buy local but sometimes that's what it looks like

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons décidé d'acheter un sectionnel avec eux, le service en magasin était correct, mais la livraison c'était l'horreur, ils n'ont pas assemblé les pattes et il nous on dis qu'ils avais pas les outils pour l'installer, quand ils avaient littéralement une drill pour le faire. Il disaient qu'il avais aucune batterie. Quel service à la livraison n'a pas de 2e option pour l'installation??? Nous avons voulu le faire, mais II nous ont laissé aucune visse pour le faire. Livraison vraiment ordinaire.
We decided to buy a sectional with them, the service in store was correct, but the delivery was horrible, they did not assemble the legs and they told us that they did not have the tools for it. 'install, when they literally had a drill to do it. They said he had no battery. Which delivery service does not have a 2nd option for installation??? We wanted to do it, but II left us no screws to do it. Really ordinary delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention pour cette compagnie. Livraison d’une sécheuse brisée. Ils s’en lavent les mains et ont immédiatement mis le problème dans les mains du fournisseur et sur mon dos. Entre vous et moi, ils auraient pu inspecter la marchandise avant et ne pas livrer une sécheuse qui en vaut 1000$ brisée. Très mauvaise expérience. Ils ont un « processus » à respecter. On voit que pour eux on est juste un numéro.
Watch out for this company. Delivery of a broken dryer. They wash their hands of it and immediately put the problem in the hands of the supplier and on my back. Between you and me, they could have inspected the goods first and not delivered a broken dryer worth $1,000. Very bad experience. They have a "process" to follow. We see that for them we are just a number.
