Cette semaine, le circuit de la minuterie a sauté et je venais tout juste de passer ma période de garantie. Après l’avoir contacté, M. Croteau fut à l’écoute et immédiate compréhensif. Il m’a offert de partager les coûts de la pièce à remplacer. Je m’en suis donc sorti avec un four fonctionnel en moins de 48 heures et à moindres coûts! J’ai été tres étonné et je suis très satisfait du service. Merci encore Bobby! Bobby offers a great professional and human service! I bought a cooker at the end of November and it works very well. This week the timer circuit blew and I had just passed my warranty period. After contacting him, Mr. Croteau was attentive and immediately understanding. He offered to share the cost of the part to be replaced. So I got away with a functional oven in less than 48 hours and at a lower cost! I was very surprised and I am very satisfied with the service. Il a envoyé rapidement un technicien à 3 reprises dans un court délai. Finalement il a offert de remplacer le frigo par un autre puisqu’il n’était pas confiant de la qualité du premier frigo. Très humain, accessible, disponible et surtout préoccupé par le service qu’il donne. Super sympathique en plus le jeune homme. Je n’hésiterais aucunement à faire des affaires avec Bobby et je le recommande vivement Great service. The fridge he sold my son started failing after 2.5 months. He quickly sent a technician 3 times in a short time. Finally he offered to replace the fridge with another since he was not confident of the quality of the first fridge. Very human, accessible, available and above all concerned about the service he provides. Super nice young man too. I would have no hesitation in doing business with Bobby and highly recommend him.
