★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a worst experience with this travel company they don’t even deserve 1 star but I had to . I would not recommend any one . First of all such a rude staff . Kapil really needs to learn how to provide customer service if manage is like that what kind of training is being provided to staff he will tell you that he will call you back but will never do . Are owners really sleeping that they don’t even check how there staff is running business. My mom went during Covid 6 months back and she just came back now . … before she was leaving she got her pcr test done day before her flight and we were really concerned that it was ok for her to fly but these guys told us that mom should change her date so we were so much confused that we went to YVR to air Canada desk to check that it was ok for mom to fly after talking to air Canada desk we were relieved that mom can travel but these guys (Gaba travel )are just sitting to make money … very disappointing. Then if there is long weekend there is no one to help you so if we have any questions where are we going ? I will never ever send any of my relatives or friends to this place but for sure I am sharing our worst experience with everyone for sure Gaba travel learn how to do business first .
