★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Showing unnecessary attitude. One of the staff was handling my application. She did not send my application on time and at the end that category was removed by immigration of Canada. Do not go their, it is a waste of time and money.

I went to other immigration consultants in york center, little India, and payal business center (I don't want to specify the names) they were lacking the knowledge but here at Overseas Immigration when I met Kuldeep Bansal, he was full with the knowledge. I appreciate the efforts he did for me as I had a complicated case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT go to Overseas Immigration they are scams. Do NOT waste your money and time getting your work done from this company. They take your money, and the papers aren't even sent to the embassy they just decline them theirselves and just say "oh you didn't get approved". If there was a button for 0 stars, I would give this 0 STARS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overseas Immigration had made my day, finally a permanent resident. There are some new faces in the office who are really nice and kind. I was impressed when I entered today, they had a smile on the face and were welcoming. Anyway, when they told me about my status, it was a miracle to me. I am happy with the services and would recommend everyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kuldeep Bansal owner of Overseas immigration during my dealings with him lied on numerous occasions which based on observation seems to be a pattern with him so no surprises there. Kuldeep has trouble speaking and understanding English and combined with the fact that he's a pathological liar, this makes it virtually impossible to work with him. Kuldeep gave the run around to a family grieving the loss of their father and husband, he refused to fulfill obligations that he contractually agreed to with a man who had since passed away. Furthermore, because Kuldeep has trouble with the English language he tends to make up his own rules and laws instead of understanding basic common sense and plain English writing ie. contracts and agreements. It didn't shock me to find in a media article that Kuldeep's immigration license was suspended for "making false promises to foreign workers". If you're looking to waste your money Overseas Immigration is the place!
