★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good. They go through all the details before they submit your file. They do not just say anything, they do research before saying anything to you and that makes them one of the best lawyers for all your immigration needs. They are new in immigration field, but seems like they have been in this industry for a long time especially Mr. Manik. He is a very nice guy and does not ever make you feel that your are at a wrong place. He is so great at customer service and has very positive attitude. Once you meet him, you feel like your file is in safe hands. I would have given them 5 stars if they had given me access to my file portal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not sleep on MK Immigration! Their service is exceptional and I referred them to my friends and co-worker. PR application is stressful especially with my own situation - they are very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process of the application. Mallika is very honest and straightforward - she answered all questions even stupid ones and make sure I don't feel dumb. Also, she has no time for BS - she does not give out false hope at all (e.g. telling me the application will go faster than expected, CRS will go lower, etc). Kulmanik shows great empathy and make the whole experience less stressful. Their rates are very reasonable comparing with other consultants I checked.

And they charge you only for the work no unnecessary fees!
