★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is terrible, unprofessional and lacks basic etiquettes of customer service. You have to call back multiple times to speak to an agent. Their go-to response is to give you a call back later and they never do that! Instead you have to keep calling back only to be put on hold for a long time and be offered no help. Overall; it’s been an extremely frustrating experience to deal with the agents here. They have zero training in customer service and I wouldn’t recommend this business. Save yourself the waste of time, money and energy and go elsewhere.

Had to get BBB Involved to get our problem fix becouse this guy harpreet thinks he owns air canada and he has no time for you after taking money for ticket in advance. Don't waste your time and money here rather pay littlebit extra and get better and professional services from people who value their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There must be 0 star for such fraud people. Never ever buy tickets from these liars. We bought tickets from them but unfortunately for some reasons we had to refund our tickets. They didn’t give our refunded money back even after five months. Harpreet is the biggest liar ????

I call them daily from so many days but they are not picking up. I'm so fed up. I'm just regretting that why I bought a ticket from them. I'm not going to buy any ticket from them in future. No customer service at all.

We wasted our 1000$ for no reason just because of these travel agents. Also they have zero knowledge about customer service. These idiots printed wrong flight date for no reason.
