He will seek out the best travel options based on your needs without any pressure. Extremely adept in his skill, he will help you beyond the ticket purchase. If flights are delayed or cancelled he will reach out to you and give you alternatives even when you call him from abroad. Absolutely world class service from him. Highly recommended.
