They did all the test necessary to make sure there is nothing wronh with my eyes, which I never experienced in the past consultations I've had from other clinic. There are tons of options too for glasses. Thank you to all the staff in FYI Clinic

Unfortunately, they were lost in transit and the postal system was unable to locate the parcel. I contacted FYi to order a new supply. They were so helpful! They set me up with samples for immediate use and resubmitted my original order, this time to be delivered to the clinic. When the new contacts arrived, I went to pay and they told me that they had it covered. My contacts getting lost in the mail was not their fault at all, but FYI came through for me in spades. Thank you!

Staff did a fantastic job fitting them for me. Booked me another appointment for 6 months to be sure I wasn’t getting glaucoma. Will definitely go there to get my eye work done. Staff were friendly and well knowledged.

I was concerned about how different these lens are from regular lenses. Kelly articulated what to expect and was very responsive when I connected with questions. I also appreciated her ability to find me a frame that is unique. When I met with Dr. Al-Bekai, he already knew my concerns and he was patient and thorough. Because of their attention to detail and customer service, my family and I continue to drive to Camrose from Calgary to get our eye exams and glasses. Thank you!
