★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In previous visits to the Camrose store, we received excellent customer service. But this past Tuesday (Sep 4) I brought my grandmother to the store so she could buy some clothing. We were completely ignored by the staff. Not even a hello, never mind asking if they could help us find anything. When I asked if it would be possible for my grandmother to use their washroom, the girl working said no, but that my grandma (age 95, using a walker) could go try the coffee shop across the street to use the washroom there.... I can't believe that they would ask (an obviously frail) 95 year old lady to haul butt across the street to use the washroom. It's not like she was someone who just walked in off the street to ask to use the washroom, she had selected several items of clothing that she wanted to buy. We put the clothes back on the rack and left the store. If that's the way you treat elderly customers, you don't deserve their business.
