★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting for over a month for glasses, no one can tell me the status of them. Was told that they may be coming in on Wednesday when a doctor comes down from SSM, but not sure. They rarely answer their phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted with this business i have had to wait over a month for my glasses and then when the approval for ny glasses was sitting in their mail box the girl at the counter didnt even get off her ass to go and get it. It got si bad i had ti have the approval faxed to them because they were so lazy and im still waiting for my glasses im going on the 7th week waiting for my glasses and everytime i call about them i get told rudely that they will call me when they get them. This is thw worst experience i have ever had with an eye glasses place. Also rhe fact that they are next to never open when they are suppoze to be is nuts i dont know how thsy would run a business like this its disgusting.
