Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask if they had a specific type and size of roller skates in stock. Because I am out of town. And they are for my husband (who would only wear the black, and not pink or floral obviously) I explained all of this to the woman that answered the phone. She assured me they had that specific style in the size I needed. She asked me to drive in and that they would be there. I showed up, she then checked the back to come out and tell me they didn’t in fact have that size or anything near it. And then asked if my husband would like the ones in pink. So now I’ve driven over an hour because she couldn’t take 30 seconds and check the stock in the back while I was on the phone. Super uncool. Get your skates at Zumiez in Red Deer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not recommend online ordering from here! I have been CONSTANTLY attempting to receive my refund for boots that were returned months ago. When attempting to contact them, I have been told the manager is not in and when I email them it is a hassle to get them to respond. I returned (mailed back) my boots a few days after Christmas and was told they were delivered but “could not locate them” and I am fed up with trying to get my refund back. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT make an online order from this store. My husband and I are avid online shopper and we have never had such an awful experience with an order. My husband purchased a pair of boots which clearly had a defect and the staff was extremely unhelpful and would not help find a solution. They want to charge him over 100$ to return the boots when obviously the issue is not on our end. I would not recommend this store for online orders to anyone. There are so many amazing stores with fantastic staff. Do not waste your money at Nomads.

I ordered a pair of size 14 DC boots for my husband (which are usually very difficult to find) on DC's website and 2 days later they cancelled the order as they did not have them in stock. I tried quickly finding another website that had these specific boots and I found Nomads, I called in to confirm that they did have the size 14's and that it could be shipped in time for his birthday. They had amazing customer service, and the order came in 3 days earlier than expected, and in perfect condition with a nice handwritten note from their team! Will definitely order from here again!
