Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Both workers on shift were extremely helpful in explaining to him all of the different options for a scooter upgrade and what was available treating him like a valued customer and listening to his questions. Fully satisfied experience! Nice work Nomads. Always a pleasure being in their stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a pair of sunglasses through their website. Two weeks went by and still havent shipped. Finally someone for the customer care team reached out to say they couldn't find the sunglasses I bought after I inquired. I emailed them again days later and was told they did find my glasses. Received the package and they were the wrong sunglasses. Got the run around about how they were similar so they just sent them out instead? What company does that?
They still couldn't find them, so they want me to return the ones I just got and wait again for sunglasses that dont exist in their inventory but are posted for sale online. Offered me a 10% discount for my troubles....
Poor customer service and lack of empathy for how much time they wasted. Do not recommend buying from this shop. Plenty of better options out there.

They had no problem doing an exchange for me, I sent it back to them and I got my gear in the perfect fitting size even quicker than last time! Would def recommend buying from here!

I was never pushed to make my purchase. I went back the next day and got the skates. They are absolutely wonderful! For like a dreams.

When I called and asked for an exchange I was told that my call would be returned as this was too complicated a question for whoever answered the phone. After not receiving a call several hours later I called again and was told there was nothing they could (or would) do to help.
Luckily the awesome people at “Industry Skate and Snow” traded me for the correct size after hearing my story. Amazing customer service and they always have the best selection and prices!
