★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was fast. They didn’t install the screen correctly, so I had to turn back when I got to the car for them to fix it.
The staff was friendly as well. And did apologize in person for the screen.
Why they aren’t getting a 4 or 5 star is because they require your phone to be unlocked, which is a bit of a concern, as there is a lot of personal information that can be accessed by strangers. And they have your phone in a back room. So I would say be weary of that.
Okay with the response of the owner, it’s understandable as to why they need the phone unlocked. So I change my rating.
Otherwise the price was good. If you pay in cash, there’s no tax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked in multiple places to have my samsung note 10+ screen replaced but this store has the best price and service. They did it in less than an hour. Highly recommended! I will let them fix my other phones soon since i have few that needs to be replaced as well. Great job guys!

Had a initial bad experience with a battery change with my phone all scratched (as picture shown) and inside of camera all muddled up.

Brought my iPhone xsmax in after I dropped it in snow and got water damage. I brought my phone to 2 different places prior and both of them told me nothing could be done. Future tech did a quick diagnosis and told me it wouldn’t be a problem to fix. Future tech switched out the parts needed at a reasonable price and now my phone is working like new! A+ service, definitely my now go to place for any repairs
