★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very good at fixing my laptop which had a broken hard drive, by giving a quick diagnosis and a quote at no charge.
They then offered several options and made my laptop available on the next day, up and running, with windows installed and everything.
Would definitely recommand their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you go here and work minimum wage thinking youre making a deal, you will regret it! They sell products that do not work, or at least they work until after their 14 day policy. And when you ask for help, they even threaten you over the phone. Great job on customer service.

They do not honour their 14day guarantee. It's clearly written that they do not give money or do exchanges after the 14days, however, I went before that and he told me that my warranty was finished and ripped me off for my refund, I had the phone for 12 days. He didn't give me a full refund, called it restocking fees even though he had a box full of the same phone.
He also says he's the owner, then changes he's story to call himself the manager.
No doubt they're good at what they do.. but is it worth the stress and loss of money?!!
Honesty means a lot especially when you work hard for your money only to get ripped off!

I went there to get her a case and out of courtesy, they gave me the case for free. They are real gentleman. They treated me very well even though I just bought one phone from them. I will always buy phones from them and recommend this place to everyone else.

I bought all my family's phones from this place and recommend this place to all my friends. They give the best price in town. Their customer service is always there to teach you how to use your phone and that with respect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a new phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a te blade L8 last year and took it back in need of repair, I was advised that spending $55 for the rapair wasnˋt work it, then he disnˋt have the parts even though he never took it apart to verrify the problem. Donˋt buy any product here you will not be treated with any respect. I was brushed off because he couldnˋt bother to work on the item.
