Service dévoué et respectueux mais d’un grand amateurisme (est-ce du à la pénurie de main-d’oeuvre?). La directrice fait son possible dans une organisation dépassée. Elle est toujours disponible mais semble laissée à elle même. Ils sont souvent surpris par les événements, la coordination des détails et il y a fréquemment des erreurs. Il n’y a pas d’explication claire sur le déroulement du service et il n’y a aucun support pour l’administration du décès (succession). Finalement, on est très peu entouré à moins de juste pleurer sa vie et se laisser faire dans leur concept. Deux semaines plus tard, oui, gros mois d’avril… c’était celui de mon beau père à la coopérative funéraire du bas St-Laurent (au mausolée de la 2’ rue) et je suis tombé par terre quand j’ai vu la qualité des lieux et du service. Ce n’est tout simplement pas comparable et pour le même prix à quelques différences prêt. Il y a des grands stationnements, beaucoup de personnel et un protocole très haut de gamme. Je les recommande fortement. For my mother, according to her wishes, I did business with the Bissonnette salon. Dedicated and respectful service but very amateurish (is this due to the labor shortage?). The director does her best in an outdated organization. She is always available but seems left to herself. They are often surprised by events, the coordination of details, and there are frequent mistakes. There is no clear explanation of the course of the service and there is no support for the administration of the death (succession). Finally, there are very few people around unless you just mourn your life and let yourself be carried away by their concept. Two weeks later, yes, big month of April… it was that of my father-in-law at the funeral cooperative in the lower St-Laurent (at the mausoleum on 2nd street) and I fell to the ground when I saw the quality of the premises and the service. It is simply not comparable and for the same price with a few differences ready. There are large parking lots, lots of staff and a very high-end protocol. I highly recommend them.
