Cremation direct and especially Karscin who was so busy dealing with the high amount of Covid deaths was very comforting and moved speedily to handle my situation. Very professional compassionate service.

Doing this for the first time was really intimidating but, Bry was able to guide me through this with great care. She explained how the documents needed to be signed d electronically which made things way easier as grandmum isn't the easiest to travel with. I would recommend Cremation Direct to anyone looking for cost efficient and compassionate service.
Thank you for all you guys have done to make this hard time that much easier

As well, all of our requests were provided in a timely and accurate manner. Not to mention the fees paid were the lowest to my knowledge, compared to other providers. An excellent experience during a hectic and stressful time.

If it weren't for his compassion and professionalism its safe to say I wouldn't have got through the process with such a peace of mind as his work ethic permitted me to feel this way. Thanks man!
