Due to covid we were unable to meet inside their lovely sanctuary, but their burial site is so well maintained and beautiful with a view of those majestic mountains! Thank you so very much for taking the time we needed and answering all and every question we had. We couldn't have had a more positive experience during a most difficult time.

I had a consultation with Caroline, one of the funeral directors at Victory. I was hysterical (understandably) and unbeknownst of what to do next. Not only was she patient and respectful of my beliefs, she walked me through the whole process holding my hand the entire way through. To be honest, I was quite taken back with how knowledgeable she was with traditional South Asian customs. She was assiduous and compassionate and never made me feel pressured to get something I didn't want unlike another funeral home who I will not name. I would highly recommend Caroline due to her benevolence and her evident love of genuinely helping families in a time of unprecedented sorrow.

R	Ryan Hamman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of my grandparents ashes are placed in a wall there. They keep the park tidy and well groomed. There is a little pond with ducks near the spot where I visit. It is very peaceful. When I look at the north entrance of the park, I see a large cross that reminds me of the hope we can have that after we die we will be reunited in heaven.

We were very specific in what we wanted, and she made sure that all of our needs were met. One occasion stood out in particular. We wanted to be certain that our mother's urn and a keepsake urn would properly fit into the niche. She drove a very long distance to pick the urns up from our house and brought them to Victory Memorial to place them into the space. She took photos and sent them to us, so we would have a clear visual. She then drove the urns all the way back to our house. Thank you, Janet!

I live in Winnipeg so all arrangements had to be made on line or by phone. Suzanne Picton was wonderful with her knowledge of the process and her help with all arrangements. The cemetery is gorgeous and very well kept. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to finally have my mother at peace. Thank you Suzanne for your compassion.
