We found them easy to work with and very professional and highly recommend them to others. We have no worries when we pass as we know they will make it easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of the 6 funeral services places I called, Creston Valley Funeral Services was the only one to take the time to give me a quote. The next day after contacting them a kind and sympathetic gentleman (Jason) drove an hour(both ways) to come to my home with all the arrangements ready to go. When the burial time came he drove 3 hours each way, made all the arrangements yet again, and performed a touching service. I highly recommend Creston Valley for all your needs.

Arrangements were made with ease, and Jason and his staff showed such patience, kindness, and compassion as we made all the necessary decisions. Technology was available that enabled family stuck south of the closed border to participate in the beautiful graveside service that honored our patriarch. Even with COVID limitations, the CVFS team ensured that we had the opportunity to celebrate dad’s home-going together. Thank you, Jason and team, for all the ways you made an emotionally-challenging time so much easier!

Jason clearly explained what information I should gather and advised me of what I should do when she did pass. He thoroughly explained the funeral process and answered all my questions. I appreciated that there wasn't any high pressure sales. When my father passed 3 months later, I contacted Jason and again was pleased with how smooth the process was. I highly recommend CVFS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father passed away in July and Jason at Creston Valley Funeral Services took care of the arrangements. I used CVFS because my dad had just recently made some funeral arrangements and Jason was so kind to even offer to come out to my Dads' home. Sadly, my Dad passed away shortly after. It has been a very sad time for me and CVFS really helped me out. Jason took care of every detail, answered my texts at any time and kept checking on me, even at Christmastime, to ask how I was coping. As well he was able to get my Dads marker in place on short notice, for a family fairwell at Dads gravesite. At my Dad's viewing, Jason was very kind and comforting and I appreciated that. Anyway, I would highly recommend Jason and Alicia. They were both very professional, kind, and sincere in a very difficult situation.
