With the help of elements, we were able to follow my mom's wishes within a tight time frame (funeral - cremation - burial within 10 days). Jeremy and his team acted very quickly and they delivered above and beyond what was expected of them. They were very transparent and clear about billing, and never tried to push anything that we were not comfortable with. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything, taking off some anxiety throughout the process. Our entire family was extremely pleased with all their services, and we highly recommend this company.

I was sceptical, and didn't understand what the impact of NOT having a plan would be for my wife and kids. It was really great to learn what a Bridge Plan can do for those left behind. Now it seems like a no brainer. Thanks for educating me and walking me through the process of setting up a plan. I highly recommend Elements!
A	Andrew Ellerman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars is more appropriate. We recently lost our 11 month old baby tragically in his sleep. We hired Elements to manage the service as well as the other services needed. We were an absolute wreck and still are so we had Elements do the planning and hire the contractors. Godwyn was absolutely fantastic, he’s an amazing man and did an amazing job as the MC for our little guys service. My issue is that the company gave us a $2,500 invoice for “professional services” which was never discussed or brought up at any time until the final invoice was given. We had no idea what this bill was for so called them, they explained it but what a slap in the face at the worst possible time in our life. I would use Godwyn and Trish again but never will use this company again. It’s too bad they couldn’t be more transparent and communicate properly, this was a completely unexpected bill we had to pay. We weren’t a huge fan of Jeremy (the owner) either. It seems like he’s a very busy person and I felt the communication was lacking. We weren’t sure where Wesley was at times, we didn’t know what day he was being cremated on, we just received a text saying he has been cremated. Definitely a lot of room for improvement from Jeremy especially when managing the services of a child.

Most prominently, my dad passed away on Christmas day last year, and my family and I were shocked, but Jeremy and his team assured that they would have everything done as we had wished according to the South Asian Hindu rituals. My family and I were amazed to visualize so much of diligence and perfection in all of the final rites that were done at my dad's funeral. I would definitely recommend Elements to everyone especially South Asian families who are going through such moments in their lives. Jeremy and his team are genuine and I will never forget their efforts that they have shown us throughout the process. Thank you for everything and thank you for valuing the essence of being human and treating us as their own family.

It was never about money or up selling anything, unlike other places I had called. When we arrived it was a comfortable setting and they helped us every step of the way through such a difficult time. Desiree went above and beyond in every aspect of the process and I can’t say enough good things about her and the service of the team at Elements.

She made my family and I comfortable when she thoroughly took the time to explain the benefits in preplanning. It made us more knowledgeable and secure that when, or if anything were to happen to any of us, we'll be taken cared of, which gave my family and I a peace of mind.

We unfortunately were dealing with another funeral service company downtown and they were terrible. Lucky for us, we were referred to Jeremy midway and made the switch. He came to see us immediately while the other company I had to chase them down. He was very caring and gave us all the details and guidance to make sure the funeral services and all the details were flawless. It was the best experience we could have hoped for in this situation and we felt dad was well cared for and respected. I couldn't have asked for a better support team! Well done Jeremy!
