I took the Dental program this year, it started on the 11th of Feb and we wrote our final exam on 30th June. Pam Welch my instructor is by far the best teacher I ever came across EVER. I was completely new to the whole dental program and well for the country in all. And getting adjusted to everything here was not easy. I took up this program because I was just looking for good future opportunities trying to figure out what I wanted to do. But from the day 1 of the program I understood I belonged here and it was only because of Pam. Such an open environment to study, questions of all sorts were answered with satisfaction. And so much information provided, I finished the program knowing that I was prepared to work in the dental field without hesitation. At times you feel that too much to grasp, but as the program unfolds, everything falls in place. She is understanding and an amazing teacher. you can ask her something numerous times and she will answer you till you dot get it with all the patience. And if you don't understand, she will change the method to which you are comfortable with. With her experience of so many years in the field, she leaves every student enlightened with her knowledge. Every bit of it is worth it. I would also like to mention that the institution is itself a very happy and a safe environment. i visited thrice before registering for the course, and each time I was patiently answer with every inquiry of mine. I'd like to mention Kim, specially thank her. She was very helpful in helping me with everything from the day 1. In all these months of learning were great.

I took Pam Welch’s Dental Reception course in 2015. The knowledge and wisdom that Pam shares prepared me so incredibly well to work in the Dental field. Her passion and knowledge is one of a kind and with out the information I learnt in her class I’m not sure I would be where I am today. After one year of working in reception I was the head receptionist running a busy new office. Today I am the office manager at a long running office in Langley city. 5 years ago I would not of picture this is where I would be. Thank you Pam for pushing me to be my very best.

Pam's Dental Reception Program has been one of the best investments I've ever made in my lifetime. It's always better when you learn from the best...and in this case...that's her! I loved the dental receptionist course and especially Pam Welch the teacher. She has so much knowledge about dentistry and huge passion for teaching. She wants her students to succeed and takes pride on her teaching. With constantly educating herself she is an excellent teacher and her passion is contagious. I would highly recommend her course as her name is well known in dentistry and dentists are looking for her students. The course is quite intense, lots to study but it really worth it. I have been taking the dental administration course which began in February and enjoying every minute. I find the content very detailed and interesting. Pam has done an amazing job filling the course with everything we could possibly need for a future career in dentistry. The time in class is very enriching as Pam is very good at adding in her own stories to make the information very relevant. It has been a very open environment where everyone has been encouraged to speak up and ask questions.

This is the best Dental reception course out there no question and I am so happy I took it. I recently just finished my practicum and I couldn't believe how much knowlege I had over other graduates from different programs. Pam is widely known and respected in the dental field.  I was hired 2 months into the program because Pam gave my name and the Doctor told me he respects her and that is all he needed.  This was definitely the best investment in my future.  Thank you Pam!

I recently finished Pam’s Dental Reception Program and the two weeks of practicing and was able to put into practice all the knowledge acquired in the course. Without a doubt, I believe this to be the best course out there. Pam has great knowledge in dentistry and her passion for teaching makes me feel like I can succeed in the field. Highly recommend Pam Welch's Dental Reception program, Pam's course is very thorough, and designed to train and prepare us for successful entry into the Dental industry...just finished my 2 week practicum and feel 100% confident in my acquired skills!
