★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very popular spot to get freshly made sushi, one major problem, the seafood is not wild nor is it sustainable. We can keep asking for that so they'll get with the program eventually. Food sells out quickly so get there early. Priced have gone up dramatically too but then,. What hasn't??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small Japanese store that makes their own packed ready-to-eat foods. They carry products from snacks, condiments, rice, etc. Their ready-to-eat foods are good but not that excellent. Prices are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi is okay. I've been here 6-7 times and I would give the food a 6/10. They do have a good selection though. Expect to spend ~$15-25 on lunch. The real nightmare is the tiny parking lot, which frequently causes traffic jams. The UVIC area has no good sushi restaurants, so this place is crazy busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite is the Cowboy roll. I managed to time it so I arrived shortly after opening. There was no line up and I was quickly in and out. This is a great place for an affordable lunch. I am impressed they have managed to keep the prices down. I will keep going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bet for fast sushi and price range for all mostly the same. Remember to ask for wasabi if you like it. Not gluten free soy. Pay attention to the info on Google maps regarding hours. They can be very busy at times.
