★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best. As a student I am saving so much by refilling my cartridges here. Great customer service. They test every cartridge before they send you home with it, whether it is brand new or refilled. They have great advice for printers as well, and will direct you to printers that hold more ink in their cartridges (saving more money!). I cannot recommend them enough, they have my business as long I'm living in Saanich!

However constantly I have found one of the employees to be a little pretentious and condescending when interacting with customers including myself. Very knowledgable but unfortunately also makes me feel dumb as a customer.

Call ahead, they'll put them aside with your name on them and hold them for you.
Great service and excellent customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought my Canon MG5600 printer at Ink and toner Medic about 5 years ago after their recommendation. It uses ink reservoirs instead of ink with the print head as one. Best ever choice. Has saved me a lot of money using their re-ink service. Even when my printer had a problem printing Yellow they gave me helpful advice on what to try. That and Google got my printer working great again. I would buy my next printer from them. They know what works best and whats most cost effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Ink & Toner again yesterday, just to have my toner cartridge filled. I've been in here a couple of times before and this time it occurred to me how easy going these guys are and how quick they are to share their knowledge - very helpful. Being friendly is just a nice bonus these days. I like supporting local & I think these guys are well worth our support.
Bravo guys, I'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly great customer service. Friendly, prompt, honest about any shortcomings that a product may have. Refuses to sell anything that hasn't been personally tested. Always manages to squeeze you in when you're frantic and on deadline. Quite honestly, this shop always goes the extra mile for its customers, and it has saved my bacon a few times.
