They asked the correct questions and seemed knowledgeable about geothermal systems, but when it came to book a tech visit they wanted me to pre authorize up to $750.00 on my credit card before they could do so. What's more, the document they sent me to fill in to perform this pre authorization did not have any mention of a limit, and stated that by submitting the form I not only agreed to pay any amount they would charge, I also agreed to all terms and conditions, without specifying the terms and conditions or giving any link so I could look up what I was agreeing to.
They were very polite about it and were sorry I felt I could not do business under these conditions but that was how they do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m disappointed in the service I received. I called and spoke to Dan regarding an estimate. He said he would get back to me by the end of the week, and never called. I followed up the next week and left a message for him and never heard back. Tried following up again after 3 weeks and still nothing! He didn’t seem interested in helping me so I had to go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontier came highly recommended to me by a friend that has used them for years. I called and originally pushed estimates on their phone system since I did not know what I needed in terms of work. The person I spoke to was very rude and condescending to me.
I told my friend this, and they told me that it seemed out of character. I called back the next day and spoke to a very nice young lady (I didn’t catch her name) and she had something set up and ready for the next day. Matt came to help us and was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! I’m very glad I called back. I would give 5 stars based on how the work went, but I was very unhappy with the first person I spoke to.
