Horrible HORRIBLE service!!! Rude on the phone, started an argument with my husband on the phone yelling and all of this and I couldn’t hardly understand a word he said! But I understood the tone! They arrived late. Walked through my house with their work boots leaving gravel and dirt on my hardwood floors! If I could I would leave them a ZERO out of 5 stars! If I had to use them again I may rethink shopping at IKEA !!!

For the best in national and international freight, I can think of 6+ outfits that are far superior to XPO in every way imaginable. I do like the name "XPO". Very solid. Strictly on a Naming basis... XPO is a superior outfit. For freight and actually shipping needs, don't deal with these jokes. Awful billing service, awful customer support, non-responsive strictly US-based support... very unhelpful for CDN customers. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID!

READ THIS if you are getting a delivery from IKEA or HOME DEPOT or other 'big box store'. This XPO Logistics is NOT the branch of XPO that is delivering to your home. The home deliver is different department. These folks deal with commercial shipping of partial truck orders. I know. I went there trying to solve the problem with my stove delivery from Home Depot. Yes. The person who manages the home delivery part is not the sharpest tack in the box. He didn't know provincial road restrictions etc. I had the most awful delivery experience but the folks at this XPO went above and beyond to help me out even tho it was not their job. Please don't judge the folks at this location by the terrible service of another department of a HUGE company.

Ordered something from ikea and selected the 5-9 delivery time as I work during the day and the guy kept calling saying he was in the area and wanted to drop off my package. I told him I was at work and wouldn't be home till 6 and he said that was fine. Well 4:30 rolled around the guy started calling again saying he was ready to drop off my package for 5, again I told him I was at work and wouldn't be home till 6 and he told me to call XPO so I did and I got one of the rudest customer service representatives who kept interrupting me right off the bat. I couldn't even finish a sentence before she started talking over me. Then she would ask what I needed help with and I would again start with my question and she interrupted me again and again before I finally told her to stop interrupting me so I can get my question out. Worst delivery company ever. Terrible customer service and would never recommend them to anyone!

Delivered a washer/dryer set. Left shipping bolts in washer causing damage to unit. Claim they only dropped it off at door and did not install units will not take responsibilty for damage.

They don't deliver on time even day. Total mess in the shipping office. They couldn't unload my delivery from track, wrong track model. Disaster.

Absolutely garbage customer service out of their Winnipeg office. My package arrived at their warehouse March 8, they called to schedule a delivery date and wouldn’t deliver till MAY 18. 2+ months of paying for something to sit in a warehouse, ya no thanks. Their customer service agent (Christina) isn’t the sharpest either. Tried how many times to get it through to her that May 18th wouldn’t work and she just kept repeating β€œyes, yes. I see May 18th is your delivery date” If you plan on order a MYX Bike I suggest you don’t due to the fact this is the only delivery company Beachbody contracts out.
