From getting me into a Delta AR-12 (because he knows I want to kayak with my dog in the cockpit) to recommending the best foam blocks for transporting my kayak on my rooftop, Zack gave me his undivided attention ... and well-informed answers. I am thrilled with the service and quick response to my questions! I am so happy to be properly outfitted and ready to take my dog kayaking. Here is a photo of her asking, "Can't you paddle any faster?" (Wait until she gets in my new Delta AR-12!)

Their rentals are the best I’ve used and the new boat is fantastic and nice to look at even when it’s just hanging in the garage. :P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just ordered from here and was a little wary because they used a shipping company I had never heard of and had terrible reviews. Finally, it arrived within three days (Ontario to Gaspé, that's no small feat!), and in great condition!
Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I was not “upsold” on anything and many great tips on transporting were shared which helped me stay on budget. I did have to make a product exchange. The staff were prompt to address my concern and had the new product ready for me when I arrived. Great people, exceptional service and you can’t ask for a more scenic drive to get there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have first take a intro to kayak class. Then, a couple years later, purchase two deltas. Later dry suits, and this weekend, we did our sea kayak level 1 class. This shop, located in a beautiful setting, adjacent to Frontenac provincial park, had offer us a perfect place to stay for our 2 days class. We were able to fit with our small trailer in one of their sites. The staff is always helpful. Our teacher for the class was patient, giving a lot of tips. I would recommend this place for everyone looking at paddling sport. My aspiration is to the Zegul kayak... maybe one day.
