They carry quality products and are knowledgeable and great in customer service and quick communication. We will be heading back for a bbq in the summer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer Service. David the manager was awful to deal with. Too many issues with my pellet stove since purchase in 2020. New staff at Carleton Place are unhelpful. Used to love this company when they first came to Carleton Place now I would not recommend at all.

As for the install it was top notch excellent service by Adam & Josh. This team is amazing they are courteous, clean, informative and all around great guys to have in your home to do your install. They treat your home as if it was their own. Thanks again Adam & Josh and Friendly Fires for our amazing stove we can't wait for winter to come!!! Stay safe Adam and Josh. Cheers Lisa & Bob

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum and I had such great service with the Peterborough store, so when I was looking for 2 fireplaces for my new home in Smiths Falls, I went to the Carleton Place store.
Unfortunately, that was not the case at the Carleton Place store. If I could give 0 stars I would!
We entered and found that there was only one person working and he was working with a couple…no problem. A single guy came in a few minutes later then another couple. The sales person broke away from the couple and asked what I was I was looking for and I told him. He said he just needed to finish up with that couple. No problem. We wandered around some more while the couple finished up. Then I noticed he went and helped that last couple to come in but they were just exchanging something, so no problem. Then I watched as he then walked over to the single guy and asked him what he could help him with……
we walked out and I will never go into that store again. The guy was looking at a bbq…we were looking for a gas fireplace and a wood insert, and installation for both plus the WETT certification for the wood insert.
I will be giving that business to another business

Installed the ring and it works great! Love that it's made from recycled propane tanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had three Marquis Fireplaces installed by Friendly Fires, two 39" Bentley's and one 42" Bentley. Newly, Brandon and the team were pleasant, helpful and professional throughout the entire process! Delivery and install was very quick and the crew did a great job on the roof venting under some tough weather conditions. At the request of FF we decided to go with the rigid venting pipe, costs a little more but well worth the investment. We went with the traditional brick liner and 10 piece oak log set, which gives the fireplaces an amazing look. I would definitely recommend Friendly Fires for your Fireplace purchase and install.
