★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow!!!!!! What an awesome dealership!!!! I was having def issues Jan 23, 2021 . Got to North Bay on route to Quebec. Parked at the closed Freightliner dealership as this was Saturday afternoon. On Sunday while still closed til Monday morning the manager stopped by for what ever reason, seen me there and made the arrangements to have my truck in first thing in the am. My truck was brought in at 6 ,had the defective def line ( that was causing freeze up ) changed & back on the road by 8 am. That's right drivers, a dealership that really cares and doesn't tell u they might be able to squeeze u in in a few days. I be so impressed , I strongly recommend this dealership!!!! Great job . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very good Mechanics.Fixed the DEF problem very efficiently and did the proper diagnosis.We came here after suffering from the 3 only paper passed Redseal mechanics which don’t know what’s the base problem just throwing the random estimates like newbie’s .If you got any kind of problem on FREIGHTLINER near Northbay don’t waste your money and time anywhere else Come directly to Northbay Frightliner and you will be happy on your decision.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
