★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was waiting in line to ask a question but apparently lines don't mean Jack at this location. The person behind me was helped first even though we both were standing there waiting. Won't be renewing my phone plan through freedom, go somewhere else like bell or Telus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The agent offered me a free phone if I upgraded my plan. After I upgraded he said the phone was a $10 tab for 24 months. I told him this isn't what he offered and to put my plan back. He said he couldn't and I had to call in the call centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the beginning, I regret not giving the financial patronage to this small Freedom Mobile Kiosk as my wife was in a hurry to set up a plan with Freedom Mobile. The other Freedom Mobile Kiosk at Marlborough Mall had incompetent staff that was disinterested in giving "true customer service" as well as new mobile phone subscribers, we had no mobile phone service for days ? Sales associate Rennel G. displayed the best customer service with great empathy. Within a few hours, my wife got her Freedom mobile service working ! In the market, there are lots of bad bosses & management in a lot of firms out there, getting the best staff & sales associate as key to success. Rennel G. by far, is few and the best sales associate I had ever seen in Calgary retail market. Great job from him as always !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional guys. I bought line on may 18, 2022. The freedom SIM card not working with my phone. He didn't check my phone first, after that when i paid money he can't refund to me. $ 75 dollar i paid.
