The door is locked so you must get an approval to enter. It helps with the store not being too busy.
It's very safe if you're worried about covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going here for years with my family and today I was due for an upgrade. These guys are so thirsty for commission that the main guy at the front had said the only way for me to upgrade my phone was to add Apple Care and to purchase $100 worth of accessories. Said his “dealership” is the only one that does that. Called customer service online and even went to other freedom mobiles today and they basically laughed and said what a joke. I am not required to make accessory purchases or add apple care to even get the upgrade I’m entitled to, it’s completely optional, as anyone with common sense knows that. Other workers from other locations had referred me to the number for ccts (Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television). Got an upgrade for an iPhone13 at another location in Whitby. This one refused to give me the iPhone 13mm they had in stock because I wouldn’t agree to the purchases he was trying to sell. Not a good move for you.

P.s I forgot my mask so I covered my face with my sweater but was told to leave. ?

Gave me a couple of discounts as well that I didn’t know about. Super great guy and even when not dealing with him, I’ve always had someone super helpful!
